Stefanie Krievins – Institute Fellow

by The Institute | May 29, 2024

Hillsborough, NJ, May 29, 2024 – The Institute for Digital Transformation is pleased to welcome Stefanie Krievins as an Institute Fellow.

Stefanie Krievins (pronounced Kr-evans, like Evans) is the president of The Change Architects, a boutique integration firm dedicated to driving transformation and upskilling in mid-market and enterprise organizations. Because plans don’t equal action, she designs programs that unify competing commitments and creates a leadership routine for hitting OKRs. This framework is The Change Architecture and integrates leadership development, change management, talent experience, communications, and project management in simple ways to make complex work happen.

She’s also the host of the Hot Mess Hotline, a podcast for ambitious leaders who want to drive impactful change. Founded in 2014, The Change Architects is a group of coaches and consultants with experience in IT, supply chain, higher ed, learning and development, HR, enterprise, mid-market, and small business. They’ve worked with companies and teams from 5 to 50,000 employees across all sectors.
Among several coaching credentials, her coach training is in solution-focused methodology from Erickson International and she’s a member of the International Coach Federation. She also holds undergraduate and master’s degrees from Indiana University.

The Institute and its Fellows have done an incredible job of keeping the conversation going about true digital transformation and I’m honored to be included! Through my change management experience, I’ve witnessed firsthand the critical role human behavior plays in successful digital transformation. I’m excited to contribute my passion for enabling upskilling at scale and collaborate with our thought leaders on navigating the ever-changing landscape of “what’s next.”

We are pleased to have Stef join the Institute as one of our Fellows and look forward to her unique leadership and collaboration ideas.
